Health in All Policies (HiAP) is a collaborative approach that integrates and articulates health considerations into policymaking across sectors to improve the health of all communities and people.

It is a strategy to include health considerations in policy making across different sectors that influence health.

The term was first used in Europe during the Finnish presidency of the European Union (EU) in 2006.
